August 7 the boys soccer team challenged Christian Academy in a scrimmage.

The JV teams faced off for just one half resulting in a 2-2 draw with goals scored by freshmen Cole Thurston and Quin Trueblood.

Varsity left the first half with just a 1-0 lead thanks to junior Hayden Krebs who finished off a corner kick from senior Noah Litzelswope. However, the Bulldogs dominated the second half scoring four goals. Freshman Fernando Sanchez Moran squeezed a goal through a crowded box, junior Jose Sanchez Moran scored off a corner kick from Krebs, senior Israel Larazo scored by blasting a ball from the top of the key, and junior Schnaider Upchurch snuck a final goal into the bottom left corner.

On August 14 the boys season will officially begin with a game against Forest Park at Forest Park.
