This episode was kind of crazy and a little annoying. It seems that nobody was happy with anything and Nick was a crybaby.
It began with Taylor’s voodoo powers telling Nick that she just wanted to open his eyes. But, Nick wasn’t having it and sent her on her way so that he could finish his night with Corrine.
At the rose ceremony, he sent Alexis, Jaimi, and Josephine home. This leaves nine women left. Nick took these nine women to a “more romantic” place known for its white sandy beaches and clear waters. They all went to St. Thomas island, which Nick says is where he lives best.
The first date was a one-on-one date with Kristina where they went to Annaberg for a day of relaxing. Kristina tells Nick all about her family life and Nick keeps asking for her to tell him more. He seemed really interested. He found out some really shocking stuff about her life, anywhere from her being in an orphanage to her not being able to eat for entire days straight because of her home life. After hearing all of this, Nick gives Kristina the rose.
Since Kristina went on the one-on-one date, the rest of the eight women went on a group date involving a lot of competition on the beach. Some women got too drunk and the volleyball game turned into a sh*t show. The funniest part was when Jasmine shoved Corrine into the sand. After that all the women find a place to cry except for Corrine, Corrine just goes to sleep. That’s funny because that’s something I would do. Sleeping over crying, anyday.
After all of the crying, Rachel sits Nick down and explains to him that she will leave if she wants to because she can and she will. Oh, and she will leave tomorrow or even at that moment if she wanted to. That was his conversation with Rachel.
Here’s his conversation with Jasmine: She doesn’t feel like Nick wants her there since she’s never been on a one-on-one date and everyone else has. She just wanted reassurance. Then, here’s the funny part: He says that he thought about it a lot (in the last couple seconds LOL), and decides that they don’t have a future or a connection so Jasmine leaves.
Raven gets the group date rose.
Next is a two-on-one date with Whitney and Danielle L. Nick takes them to an island so that they can talk. Their talking turned into Nick actually just sending
Whitney home, which causes her to turn on Danielle, insulting her. Whitney really didn’t get the hint because she wouldn’t get up and leave until Nick and Danielle leave her behind. Nick and Danielle continue their fun night talking about their first date and how much fun they always have. I think we all could agree that they might be soulmates.
I still like Vanessa though.
The episode ended with Nick worrying about if he’ll ever really find love or if everything will end up how it was always does, crappy. I’d say crappy, unless he decides that Corrine is not the woman for him, and Vanessa is.
