Mrs. Schotter starts her day off with going through her emails and getting everything ready for the day. Along with going through her emails, her other duties she does is making sure fresh clay is available to her students when it’s been used up, or dried out. She is always around the classroom, peeking around at her student’s work throughout the period. “I’d say [three words that describe me are] short, definitely short, sneaky, but in context,” Schotter said. In context, I thought she was at her desk and she snuck up on me and was right next to me and scared me. “I would also say I’m organized. And funny.” Whether she’s in the ceramics classroom, or jewelry, she’s always bubbly and ready to answer any question.
