How to de-stress during the quarantine

April was National Stress Awareness Month; now, more than ever, we have become aware of how much we need to de-stress

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grow and take over the media, and essentially our lives, so is the overwhelming feeling of stress.

Finding ways to distract ourselves from the stress and overwhelming negative thoughts, can be extremely difficult in a time like this. Ironically, the month of April was stress awareness month and more than ever, we need to find ways to de-stress.

Whether it is painting or sewing, NAHS students have found their own methods of relaxation.
