Jona Carper, Reporter

Hi there! My name is Jona, and this is my first year on the Blotter staff, as a reporter. Since I’ve been on the staff, I’ve realized my love for journalism. As a reporter, you get to dig deeper into interesting topics. My favorite part about being on staff is interviewing people for my stories and putting the interviews together with my story. Being on staff means being a part of something different. We can all be ourselves, and just be creative in the ways that we want to be. We’re basically like a family, and it’s just a fun, safe environment where we can all be ourselves without judgement.
